Ashmark is a game made by Faran, LLC.
We collect no data. Ashmark has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and the game itself makes no network requests.
Purchases. The one optional purchase, which opens Acts II and III and the open war, goes through Apple's App Store or Google Play, which handle payment under their own privacy policies. We never see your payment details. On Android, Google's billing library, which the game uses to sell through Google Play, also sends Google its own diagnostic data.
Your progress stays on your device. Your saved war, campaign stars, settings, silicon and the purchase are stored on your phone or tablet, in the app's own storage. If you have device backups turned on, your phone may include them in your own iCloud or Google backup, which we can't see. Deleting the app deletes them; the purchase itself stays with your store account and comes back with Restore Purchase.
Children. Ashmark collects nothing from anyone, children included.
Changes. If a future version changes any of this, we will update this page and the app's store listing before that version ships.
